ADP5090 / ADP120160

These marking heads offer you enough comfort during marking due to their large marking window and therefore they are suitable for the majority of applications.

How to use these heads:

• as pneumatic / electric version
• on toolstand / with hand grip  / for integration in the line (only head)
• with controller AC500 or AC250
• with all kinds of marking pins

The heads have a different area of marking field:

• ADP5090 = 50 x 90 mm
• ADP120160 = 120 x 160 mm

Proper settings of parameters and using the right kind of marking pin allows the operator to achieve perfect marking results.

ADP2560/ADP25120

These heads are primary intended for marking of serial numbers, VIN, alphanumeric strings, etc.

DThanks to lightweight design they are also suitable for integration into the production line or special machine.

Both heads can be used:

• as pneumatic / electric version
• on toolstand / with hand grip  / for integration in the line (only head)
• with controller AC500 or AC250
• with all kinds of marking pins

The heads have a different area of marking field:

• ADP2560 = 25 x 60 mm
• ADP25120 = 25 x 120 mm

AC500 / AC250

These controllers can be used for control of all dot-peen marking and scribing marking heads. They differ in functions and way of use.

AC500

Universal controller with plenty of functions and peripheral connections. Including  7’’ touchscreen display and stylus.

The operator can watch the marking cycle on the screen in the real time. Marking SW is stuffed by plenty of functions and settings and is localized in 40 languages.

AC250
